I hear ya. Remember the post about one of our clients who has had 3 favorite recruiters in his whole life time? Most suck. You see, to be any recruiter, you really don't have to have anything - maybe a degree but not even. A lot of asshats enter... Sadly, the good ones tend to become more than just recruiters too.
