When I first heard her, I thought it was a joke or something, her voice was so stretched and fragile... I then learned that she has a neuro condition that affects her voice.

Diane has a pretty interesting story herself, her husband's decision to end suffering, and her voice battle...
I do love the questions she asks and I appreciate her absence rather than presence in her interviews because her active listening provides her guests with some "trust time" and allows certain openness that wouldn't be possible otherwise.

American Life слушаю, да, эпизодически.
Последнее время меня тянет скорее на такие передачи Дианы или On Point, что-то больше из последних новостей и все такое. Но это потом задалбывает, потому что трамп трамп трамп и сколько уже можно, и тогда я в снэп ухожу.
