adam looks a lot like maximbo.

it's a simple demonstration of the fact that we do not communicate effectively.
we take some agreed upon norms and run with them assuming that everyone is aware of them and interprets them the same. we hardly say it how it is, we sugar coat and beat around the bush. we find it hard not to lie. we assume that everybody miraculously understands or should understand us. as the result we get oodles of misunderstandings and utter miscommunication. what's sad is that you can do your best trying and explaining yourself and the situation to the other person and you can write an e-mail after an e-mail, you can cry and hug all you want. if the other person does not wish to understand and accept, all that is in vain.

I know I shouldn't but right now I regret 3 out of the 5 of my serious relationships.
